结构特点

L型离心通风机，主要由空气过滤器、叶轮、机壳和电动机组成。整机造型美观，结构紧凑，携手前进维修方便。

1．叶轮叶片均为前向多翼式，叶轮材料经镀锌处理或采用优质镀锌钢板；叶轮经严格静、动平衡校正和强度试验。

2．L-03型…L-064型叶轮采用冲压滚制而成绩，机壳均为铝合金整体浇铸。

3．L-08…L-11型叶轮采用铆接结构；机壳采用优质钢板焊接而成绩。

4．过滤器采用无纺布过滤，更换方便，保证输送清洁空气。

订货须知(Notice for ordering)：

样本所列规格(A型)为标准型．也可根据用户的特殊要求制作如下型式：

1. 改变L1、L2、L3等尺寸的结构;
2. 制成立式、带防雨罩的结构(标准型为卧式);
3. 制成左出线(从变频调速电动机处或风机出风处看风机出线盒在左侧，标准型为右出线),顶出线结构 ;
4. 制成机壳可装制动器、编码器等结构;
5. 风机用电动机可以有异电压、异频率的电制、防护等级提高、绝缘等级提高等特殊要求(标准型电制为三
6. 相380V50HZ、防护等级IP54、绝缘等级F级);
7. G系列轴流通风机特殊规格型式用B、C、D...... 表示，用户在订制特殊规格时应说明要求，并注明风机型号如G-OOB、G-OOC ......，以便我公司对产品追溯及服务。
